A result is provisional

A provisional state means BodyReserve has some useful evidence but not enough mature, compatible history to present the result without qualification.

  1. Keep compatible Apple Health evidence available over time.
  2. Check the displayed confidence, freshness and calibration status.
  3. Treat the estimate as wellness context rather than a diagnosis or promise.
02

Apple Health permissions

If evidence is missing, review BodyReserve’s Apple Health access in the Health app or Settings. A completed authorization flow does not prove that every read type was granted.

  1. Confirm Apple Health is available on the iPhone.
  2. Review BodyReserve’s read permissions in Apple Health or Settings.
  3. Return to BodyReserve and refresh after changing access.
03

Calibration is taking longer

BodyReserve counts compatible valid historical days, not days since installation. Missing sleep, incompatible sources or unsuitable stress context can extend the calendar time.

  1. Wear Apple Watch consistently when practical, including overnight for Recovery evidence.
  2. Check that recent sleep, HRV and heart-rate evidence appears in Apple Health.
  3. Allow additional days rather than expecting a fabricated provisional score.
04

Sleep or HRV is missing

BodyReserve cannot manufacture absent evidence. Apple Health import timing, Watch wear, battery state, source compatibility and partial access can all affect availability.

  1. Check whether the expected evidence exists in Apple Health.
  2. Confirm the Watch was worn and had enough battery during the relevant period.
  3. Refresh later if Apple Health has not finished importing recent data.
05

An estimate is stale

A stale label means the last valid result is older than the current freshness policy allows. It remains visible with its evidence time rather than being presented as current.

  1. Check whether newer compatible evidence exists in Apple Health.
  2. Refresh BodyReserve and keep the previous timestamp in view.
  3. Expect an explicit gap when newer context is unsuitable for interpretation.
06

Purchase restoration

The purchase mechanism has not been finalized yet. Restoration instructions will be added once the App Store purchase model is implemented and verified.

  1. Check the App Store listing for the final purchase model when BodyReserve is released.
  2. Use Apple’s purchase restoration controls if the released app uses a non-consumable unlock.
  3. Contact support if a verified purchase is not recognized.

Version and model changes

Readable changes, kept in view.

Material changes to the Recovery, physiological-stress or Energy Reserve models will be described in release notes alongside the model version.
